SweetCharms is a brand of Snaell Capital S.a.r.l. (VAT LU27604455).
All items are handcrafted in house at SweetCharms and may contain slight deviations from the product pictures in the webshop.
Pricing
All prices include 17% VAT. SweetCharms reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
Cancellations
No cancellations will be accepted once production has begun on the order.
Shipping
Our current turnaround time is 2-5 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex and large orders may increase turnaround. During European National holidays delays may occur.
SweetCharms cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
Any circumstances out of SweetCharm´s control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.
Returns and exchanges
We realize that you make choices in your buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that returns/exchanges can be necessary and that we must meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were previously exchanged.
All sales are final outside of Europe.
